Zimbabwe Development Leaders political party is structured in such a way that there is a highest organ of the party called the Congress.The congress is composed of all members of the National Council, National party executive,National executive committiees,National party commissions,National Independent commissions,National Executive of Women,National Executive of Men, National Executive of Youth(men),National Executive of Youth(women),Provincial Executive Committees,District Executive Committee,Ward executive committes,Cell executive committes and all the party’s elected members of the House of Assembly, Mayors and Chairpersons of Local Authorities.
