ZIDELE political analysts closely analyse our political system ,theories and affairs and how they affect people.They are involved in carrying out research on political and public administration issues such as relations between different countries and institutions,and the politics of Zimbabwe and various countries in relation to ZIDELE’s political stance.They are also involved in analysing the operations of our party and conducting opinion polls and surveys.By analysing various policies such as government policies they interpret how they are applicable to ZIDELE .They also analyse public election results and interpret them as they study and research such topics as ideologies, public decision making and structure of governments and other political parties.They also offer consultation services and provide recommendations to ZIDELE leaders concerning policies and strategic thinking in addition to coordinating and making logistical arrangements for various ZIDELE projects.
They have good research skills.They are good in mathematics and statistics and are able to use computers and stay updated on the latest technological developments in their field.They have good oral and written communication skills, which help them to research well and report effectively on their research findings. They are able to think logically and critically and come up with rational conclusions on diverse issues. They are objective, persevering,determined and work in a systematic manner.
If you are interested in becoming a ZIDELE analyst you need to have a Bachelor of Political science or Bachelor of Arts in political science degree.A qualification in social sciences such as sociology is also acceptable.However,political analysts who have a bachelor’s degree have limited opportunities for advancement,therefore,it is advisable to obtain a master's degree or Ph.D in political science. A Master's in public administration is also acceptable. |
