What we expect from volunteers

To commit to our work with the respect and privacy it deserves.
To carry out work in line with ZIDELE's aims and objectives
To respect ZIDELE's TRUTH principles and values
To perform the tasks that you have agreed to carry out to the best of their abilities.
Be reliable and be able to work with minimun supervision.
Comunicate with us if no longer interested in volunteering for us.
Observe ZIDELE 's commitment to a new and better Zimbabwe and treat with respect anyone you come into contact with in the course of volunteering for ZIDELE.
Carry out your work in line with ZIDELE's organisational policies and procedures.
Work constructively and co-operatively with other ZIDELE volunteers and staff .
Take responsibility for your own personal development and be prepared to actively seek support if it is needed and to participate in feedback activities which are helpful to the positive development of ZIDELE.
Respect ZIDELE and its work by observing confidentiality at all times and not to disclose to any person or body any information which is confidential without approval from ZIDELE authorities.

You are the ideal volunteer if

You are determined to see excellent political leadership in Zimbabwe
You are flexible and able to adapt to sudden changes in plans
You feel you have no problem understanding and expressing yourself
You have a great sense of responsibility and self control.
You are the type of person who stays positive and enthusiastic through less than perfect situations, and believe that a positive attitude means everything .
You are a professional and orderly person who likes to keep things very organised and neat .
You truly enjoy exerting yourself on meaningful projects that are very challenging and demanding
You are willing to be flexible and understand that, while ZIDELE endeavours to meet the expectations of volunteers, there will be times when limited resources will mean that this is not always possible.
You understand that even if we are at the forefront of working for a better Zimbabwe, if you are a Zimbabwean you also have the responsibility and duty to work for the development of your country.
You are 16 years old and above

You are not the ideal volunteer if

You are looking for place to while away time.We are serious about bringing good leadership to Zimbabwe and we take our work seriously.
Your main reason to volunteer for us to get financially rich.
You support Mugabe and ZANUPF as this will bring the reputation of ZIDELE into disrepute.
You are not emotionally fit as volunteering for us can be very stressful and frustrating due to the intolerance of our Zimbabwean political society .
You are not prepared to understand and appreciate the risks and consequences that may be caused by your association with us.
You are not prepared to be associated with us publicly if need be.
You can't share the responsibility of working towards a good Zimbabwe but instead reason that someone else will do it
You are a negative person who finds things to complain and whine about, and try to get others to see the negative aspect along with you.
